During this 5-week course, Dave will be your personal coach designing a program tailored to your exact needs. It's never the wrong time to start changing your life for the better.
The course will include:
Step by step training manual with scripted daily workouts.
Dietary layouts- all of our meals can be tailored to your specific needs.
We are now offering meal prep of our high-quality meals to fuel you effectively for either pickup or delivery.

Dave is here to be your personal coach throughout the 5 weeks 2 fitness. He does not carry any fitness, medical or health certifications. He has gained knowledge over the past 15 years with training and competing. This has allowed him to coach others to hit their personal goals. As a coach, he will provide you with personal one-on-one support, guidance, and recommendations on food and fitness that he has followed himself for years.
