5 Weeks 2 Fitness Challenge
Starts Thursday April 27th 2017
Winners of this contest will exhibit the most overall improvement in their fitness levels.
The contest will be judged by 4 categories:
1: Decrease in Body Fat %
2: Increase in Strength to Weight Ratio
3: Increase in Cardiovascular Health/Endurance
4: Training Journal
**Contestants will receive the 5 Weeks 2 Fitness course including diet list & journal, all workouts and cardiovascular schedules.
1st Place: $1000 Voucher to All American Dave’s Food Truck at the WSOP 2017
2nd Place: $500 Voucher to All American Dave’s Food Truck at the WSOP 2017
3rd Place: $300 Voucher to All American Dave’s Food Truck at the WSOP 2017
**Based on 10 completed entries. For every 5 additional completed entries 1 $200 Voucher will be added to prize pool up to a maximum of 10 paid places.
**4th thru 10th: $200 Voucher
All Completed entries will receive AAD Shirt and Hat.
How to enter:
Email and receive 5 weeks 2 Fitness contract with starting weights and measurement tracker. Fill out the contract and take weight and waist measurement return via email or text pictures to (702) 589-1960
What you’ll need:
3 Ring Binder for training and diet journal Access to Tape Measure and scale (body fat tester also a plus but not required)
Access to a treadmill with an accurate heart rate monitor
What you are signing up for?
You’ll be following a 5-week fitness course designed to maximize our potential through increased strength, lower body fat % and increased cardiovascular capacity. Each of the 5 weeks has a theme and each week will increase in intensity and detail.
